6-marker GLP-1 baseline. Walk into any LabCorp location — no appointment needed.
The Metabolic Panel is a 6-marker baseline panel required before initiating any GLP-1 protocol (semaglutide or tirzepatide). It evaluates the metabolic markers your provider needs to safely prescribe and monitor weight management medications: insulin resistance markers, glycemic control (fasting glucose, A1c), lipid profile, and organ function.
This panel establishes your metabolic baseline — the reference point against which your provider measures progress and adjusts your protocol. It is required before your first GLP-1 prescription and recommended at regular intervals thereafter.
